Hmm… From the motto, it seems out faction is rather ambitious eh? Haha~ Actually, we are more about fun and enjoyment. Life is stressful enough as it is, so we don’t really care where you are from, who you are, or what you do. No age limit, not gender limits (we have our own fair share of shims and herms). Just join and enjoy the faction. It’s about the people, always the people. Since it’s about the people, I must put this down: our faction, as open minded as we are, are firmly against botting. It takes the fun out of the game and makes trouble for the faction as a whole. If suspected one is botting, we will send someone down to PM the person, if the person does not reply, I will personally PM the person and give him a chance to explain to me his actions. This chance is only valid for 8 hours from the time I PM. Thereafter, the suspected botter will be kicked out of the faction. Also, another thing I would like to put down is respect. Mutual respect between players in important, esp in MMORPG. I hope there will be no complaints of people doing explicit KSing. Of course, I would see to the situation should any such incidents arises. Hmm… I will be organizing more faction outings. Since this faction is based in Singapore, most of the outing I organized will be held in Singapore. For the Pinoys and other nationalities, please feel free to organize ur own outings! There will be in game Photo Sessions (PS) once in a while, and these will be annouced at least one week before hand. Ok… Enough rambling. Go and enjoy the faction chat. Ok seems like the response to the officer application isn't exactly good... no in truth it's horrible.
so... the officers are:

At this point in time, because there is still limited activity as far as DKP monitoring is concerned with a lot of details still yet to sort out, the officers' job scope is mainly administrative. We'll try as much as we can to make the DKP system as robust and fair to every member, even the new members. However it there is a great deal of balancing to do so we really really need the support from the members as well.

Weekly DKP updates.
I'll make use for the weekly thursday maintenance for the new sign up DKP updates!

DKP, short for Dragon Kill Points is a point based system to fairly and discreetly without any discrepancies manage who gets what from raids.

DKP may also be used to loan items from the guildbank. (to be discussed)

DKP can be earned through various methods, for now, the available methods are:
Facition Leader Bonus (Monthly)
Deputy Bonus (Monthly)
Officer Bonus (Monthly)
Project Uno (1 time) (older members should remember this)
Pioneer Bonus (1 time)
Joining Initial DKP (1 time) (updated weekly for new signups)
Active Plvling (2 DKP per vet per 2 hour slot) (coming soon. must register beforehand)
AFK Plvling (1 DKP per vet per night) (coming soon. must register beforehand)
Colony War Attendance (5 DKP) (coming soon)
Buy/Sell Items with DKP (coming soon)
Mentor System (coming soon) (still working out details)

To clarify "must register beforehand"
In order for a event to yield DKP, it must be organised at least 1 week beforehand so that all the members can be equally informed of it.

Plvling in general.
AFK lvling is not considered Plvling. If you bring down 2 vets and 1 lowbie of your own, you're plvling yourself, no DKP.

Plvling DKP is designed so that the higher level members can help the lower level members gain level fast. So the only cases where u get DKP is when you're plvling another family of the faction that is not yet "*Master".

*Master = have 3 vet characters.

Plvling procedure (applies to AFK)
1. Register with the Leader/Deputy/Officer at least 2 days beforehand.
2. Specify, no. of vets, location & time(range)
3. Leader/Deputy/Officer will create a "raid" with the above info.
4. Lowbies can register to be plvled.
Ratio for plvling- 1 plvler family : 2 lowbie families.

Missions: Level 4.
After feedback from gurren, i realised that there are a number of major flaws with this so i'm taking it off the list for now.
